- First day to File for office - September 11, 2025
- Elected Incumbent Candidates for County Candidates to file with Elections Official Deadline - March 3, 2026
- County Candidates or Precinct Committeepersons (other than Elected Incumbents) to file with Elections Official Deadline - March 10, 2026
- County Candidates to file Voters' Pamphlet with Local Elections Official - March 12, 2026
- For City and Special District Candidates, please check with your local Elections Official for your deadlines
- Military and Overseas Voters Mail Date - April 3, 2026
- Ballot Drop Boxes will be Opened - April 6, 2026
- Out of State Voters Mail Date - April 20, 2026
- Voter Registration Cutoff Date - April 28, 2026
- Mail Ballot Mail Date - April 29, 2026
- Last Day Ballot Replacements will be Mailed - May 14, 2026
- Election Day - May 19, 2026 - Last day for voter to return ballot. Ballots that are mailed must be postmarked by election day. Ballots deposited in an official drop box must be received by 8 pm. County Clerk Election offices will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
- Memorial Day - Office will be Closed - May 25, 2026
- Last Day to resolve ballot challenges - June 9, 2026
- June 11 - Start of the Random Hand Count Post Election Audit of the Results - 9 am, Umatilla County Courthouse, Elections Office Suite 18, Pendleton, Oregon
- Last Day to Certify the Election - June 15, 2026
